Xerox has released it’s new introduced it’s monochrome multifunction printer the WorkCentre 5230.The new printer is targeted at small and mid-sized businesses.
The WorkCentre 5230 has got print, scan, copy and fax capabilities.It can print and copy papers up to 30 pages per minute, It can hold papers upto 5,100 sheets.The printer can can perform color scans directly to your PC, e-mail account or network. The automatic duplexing, a 75-sheet ADF, and a 40 GB hard drive are some of the specifications.
The WorkCentre 5230 is suited to satisfy enterprise requirements.Job Flow Sheets automatically route documents to a predefined file.Security features like network authentication, hard disk overwrite, and full system Common Criteria Certification are there.Auditron and Xerox Standard Accounting to track usage and help control costs.User scan can be customized using Xerox's Extensible Interface Platform® (EIP).
