Bose releases New Wireless Music System


Bose has released its SoundLink wireless music system.The device is a one-piece portable speaker system which ca be used to play music from a computer wirelessly.

The user can listen to music from the system anywhere in the house by streaming music from his/her PC’s music library. Soundlink has a USB key that can be plugged into your computer and used to sends audio output to the SoundLink's speakers.The sound system works well through walls and floors. Soundlink can stream any sound source from PC’s audio output.Creative and Altec Lansing has released similar wireless players before,but which streams music from iPod.

The Soundlink creates its own 2.4GHz network to transmit the audio from your PC to the speaker.No additional software is needed to stream audio.There's an Aux input on the speaker unit for your iPod or other sound sources.It has got built-in lithium ion battery with a backup of upto 3 hrs when used in full volume.The device has got a remote control to skip tracks in iTunes or Windows media player.

The SoundLink music player will be available from August 27th
