Sony launches DSLR-A580 and DSLR-A560- Features and Specifications

Sony has introduces two new DSLR camera's- A560 and A580 with full HD video recording in AVCHD format.Sony A569 and A580 DSLR camera is equipped with BIONZ image processor , also gets 16.2 Megapixel and 14.2 Megapixel Exmor APS HD CMOS image sensor thaat offers high quality pictures with low noice processing.Both A560 and A580 camera's can record  1080p full HD movies and deliver 7 fps in continuous shooting mode. They also include Sony's two-mode live view system with a 15-point phase-detection AF or a Manual Focus Check mode. The ultra-compact, lightweight MHS-PM5 camera slips easily into a pocket or purse so it can be taken anywhere to catch special moments on-the-go. This design is offered in four fashionable colors -- dark purple, blue, pink, and white -- and features a rotating lens that swivels 270 degrees to capture life from any angle: get down low, aim high or record yourself. The bloggie camera has 4x digital zoom and SteadyShot image stabilization (cannot be used in 1920x1080/30p and 1280x720/60p recording modes) to reduce shake for smoother footage that can be viewed on a crisp 2.4" (measured diagonally) LCD with full-screen, horizontal playback in landscape format. Both cameras also feature Face Detection technology to recognize and enhance faces by automatically correcting exposure. Eliminating the need to hunt for cables, they can be quickly charged with the USB arm and record video and still images directly to Memory Stick PRO Duo, Secure Digital (SD), or SDHC media (sold separately). Sony is also offering the MHS-PM5K, which is a bundled kit option that includes a lens to let you experience incredible 360 Video. After attaching the lens, the bloggie camera captures 360-degree footage that can be viewed on a computer with the supplied PMB (Picture Motion Browser) software. It’s a completely new way of seeing the world.

Sony unveils three new latest high end blu-ray player with 3D support,the BDP-S770, BDP-S570 and BDP-S370.All three can be controlled from using your iPhone or iPod touch as a remote control and all feature Sony’s new Monolithic Design Concept.

Sony introduces new Viao Series VAIO F, Y, Z Notebooks

Sony announced new series of Sony VAIO notebooks VAIO F, Y, Z.Main Features of this new Vio sereis notebook are , the VAIO F multimedia notebook, and VAIO Y and Z series ultraportables.The VAIO F features a 16.4-inch display, an Intel Core i7 quad-core processor, an NVIDIA GeForce dedicated graphics card, optional Blu-ray optical drive, and Windows Home Premium OS. The VAIO F Series will starts at around $1,000 and is available for pre-orders at Sony’s official website.The VAIO Y-series comes along with an Intel GS45 Express Chipset and Mobile Intel GMA 4500MHD graphics and the ultra-low voltage 1.3GHzIntel Core 2 Duo SU7300 processor . It comes with 13.3-inch LED Backlit display and is going to be priced starting from $800.Sony introduces the VAIO Z Series and the VAIO F Series multimedia notebooks at the CES 2010. The ultra portable VAIO Z features a 13.1-inch LED-backlight display and an optional Blu-ray Disc optical drive. It offers HDMI output and supports 3G Mobile Broadband technology provided by Verizon Wireless, WiFi and Bluetooth. The VAIO Z can be equipped with up to 512GB SSD.On the other hand, the 16.4-inch VAIO F Series comes with dedicated NVIDIA GeForce graphics. It is powered by Core i7 processor and comes with Blu-ray, HDMI and the TransferJet technology.

The VAIO Z starts at $1900 and the VAIO F at $1000.

Sony introduces two new 3 in 1 digital Voice recorders the 2GB ICD-UX200 and the 4GB ICD-UX300, ICD-UX300F.These two new digital voice recorders offers voice recording,file storage and music playback via the built in speakers or in-ear headphones.The storage capacity deals with LP mode is a whipping 1072 hours and the battery life is upto 15 hours in record and 83 hours in playback using an alkaline battery.These two recorders capture stereo sound as MP3 files and support playback of MP3,WMA and AAC audio formats.This will be available in December 2009.

Sony VAIO CW Series Notebook

Sony introduced new vaio CW series notebook features a 14 inch with a wide screen display with a 16:9 aspect ratio in a thin and light chasis.This new CW Series comes with various colors , blue,pink,red,black and white.The notebook features a Blue Ray Disk drive and also has a big screen HDTV with HDMI Output and also comes with an Nvidia GeForce graphics card.There’s also an ExpressCard 34 slot, three USB 2.0 ports, FireWire, a couple of memory card slots, audio in/out and a webcam. Storage is up to 500GB (there’s no SSD option) while RAM is up to 8GB, and you can spec up to a 2.80GHz Intel Centrino 2 CPU. Color choices include black, blue, white, pink and the rather fetching red shown above.

The whole thing measures 13.44 x 1.09-1.52 x 9.18 inches and weighs 5.3lbs. The Sony VAIO CW Series is available to preorder now, priced from $799.99, and will begin shipping later in October.
