Toshiba has updated its Qosmio X500 18.4-inch laptop with Nvidia's GeForce GTX 460M graphics card featuring DirectX 11 support. Mainly Qosmio X500 laptops is built in for games, media creation and HD entertainment. Toshiba's GTX 460M-enhanced Qosmio X500 starts at $1,299.99 and will be available as of September 26.

Toshiba new Qosmio X500 laptop features Nvidia's GeForce GTX 460M graphics card featuring DirectX 11 support, 192 CUDA cores, a 192-bit memory interface and 1.5GB of GDDR5 VRAM.Beside the DirectX 11 card, Toshiba's machine has an LED-backlit keyboard, a Core i5 or i7 processor, up to 8GB of RAM, a DVD or Blu-ray drive, up to two HDDs or SSDs, harman/kardon speakers, a 5-in-1 card reader, an ExpressCard slot, and runs Windows 7 (Home Premium or Professional 64bit).
