Thoshiba introduces new stylish 64 GB high capacity NAND flash memory module.It's the highest capacity chip yet created and a potential fit for the next refresh of the Apple iPhone and iPod touch.As detailed on ZDNet sister site TechRepublic, the iPhone 3GS uses either a single 16GB or 32GB Toshiba NAND module. It’s likely that this new 64GB module will make its way into the next generation iPhone and iPod touch — enough for more than 1,000 hours of recorded music and almost 20 hours of standard definition (7Mbps) video.
