This application is to provide staff, managers and administrators, a fast, interactive and effective way to conduct and administer appraisals. This can be done anytime and anywhere via Intranet or Internet. It helps to reduce manual task of individually appraising each staff, therefore allowing managers/staff to focus more on other core duties.
